Development at DHI

A company with Asian-based hospitality values with a global business mind-set. As an owner and operator, ourselves, we aspire to work collaboratively, considering your business needs and vision at the forefront of our minds. Our teams’ expertise and decades of global experience will serve as the basis of a successful, long-lasting partnership.

Develop with Us

At Dorsett Hospitality International, we offer three different types of development options for potential clients. Depending on what option suits your business and ideas the best, you can send us an enquiry and our expert team will go through it and start discussions with you to see how the partnership can benefit us both.

Development Options

  • Hotel Management Agreement

Under a Hotel Management Agreement, we will be appointed as the management company to operate your hotel on your behalf, utilising all of Dorsett Hospitality International's systems across all disciplines of hotels.

You will be able to use one of our brands for the hotel, but you still own the real estate and business.

  • Joint Venture

Under a joint venture, we would be an equity partner on purchasing the property and would have one of Dorsett Hospitality International’s brands and our team managing the property. A successful joint venture utilises the strengths of each partner to the fullest.

  • White Label Management

Under white label management, we would manage the staff of the hotel under a brand of your choosing. This option gives the owner a brand they are comfortable working with and a management company that will drive excellent performance and maintain the asset.
